Ok, so while I'm here in this new blog mode (this reminds me of the famed honeymoon period of many an ill-fated marriage), I just want to take a minute to talk about the most exciting thing to me in the world of web development: jQuery.  I only recently discovered jQuery (yes, I know I'm behind the times), and am continually in awe over how wonderful it is. So, in the few short months since I discovered and started working with jQuery, I've found a number of amazing resources to learning and reference that really keep me learning every day.

The first place is, obviously, the jQuery website.

But there are a bunch of great places too. My two favorites: Visual jQuery for pure reference, and Ben Nadel's Blog for tutorials and good ol' fashioned technical evangelism.  Make sure to watch this video at Ben's Blog for the best damn intro to jQuery imagineable.  Ben's own excitement for jQuery is infectious, and got me on a several-day jQuery research bender!

It's getting late now, so we're not gonna delve deep into details right now, but you can definitely expect to read more about jQuery as I learn new tricks and find cool new ideas.
